It’s been a couple of weeks since I posted a blog entry. I can share with you just how busy I’ve been with school projects and pilot season in Los Angeles. As some of you know I am an actor in LA and a full-time student. I was planning on sharing how overwhelmed I’ve been and therefore explain my brief absence from my blog. But last night, I watched a TEDTalk that was assigned by my history professor and it shifted my point of view on prioritizing. I had come across this lecture before yet listening to it again reminded me of the importance of time management, organization and discipline.

Heavy heart on a summer evening,
I read every day, sometimes I don’t know why I get so anxious if I am not reading. I feel a need to escape my thoughts, to find answers, to know that it will all be ok. If I am not reading I get lost in my thoughts, I feel as if I am drowning in a chlorine filled pool where the ratio between the chemicals and water is unjustly unproportioned. I don’t like to feel that way. So, I read. The organized thoughts and sentences written by others is quite fascinating and mostly satisfying.
